With over 110 years of family ownership, Hoburne Holidays has grown into a leading name in UK staycations, operating nine parks in some of the country’s most scenic locations. At Devon Bay, however, the kitchen team was struggling to manage two busy restaurant areas, with workflow bottlenecks and communication breakdowns during peak service.
To tackle the issue, our Projects and Design team joined forces with the Executive Chef and Group Retail Manager to completely rethink the kitchen layout. The centrepiece: a new seven-metre gas cookline, fitted with Blue Seal Evolution equipment and Adande refrigerated drawers—dramatically improving efficiency, speed, and service quality.
Thanks to the seamless collaboration between Allsop & Pitts, Image Projects, and REAL Commercial Ventilation, this ambitious commercial kitchen refurbishment was delivered on time and to the highest standard—just ahead of Hoburne’s annual conference. The result is a fully modernized, future-ready kitchen designed to meet the high demands of a busy holiday park environment.
