Because of the location, all of the new equipment needed to be shipped over to the Island. Everything was shipped over from the mainland within one calendar month from initial site survey to handover.
The restaurant will be opening in April 2018 and will open 7 days a week in the high season for both lunch and dinner services.
The views from the balcony terrace overlooking the harbour are stunning!
