Otter Valley Dairy is a family run business with three generations working together to create award winning Ice Cream.
Their lovely cows, who eat the lush pastures of the Otter Valley, are the foundation blocks of their Ice Cream. Since starting the business in 2010 they have won themselves no less than 14 awards. So when they decided to expand their business we jumped at the chance to be involved.
We supplied all of the kitchen equipment including the new Lincat Induction Range, Rational Self Cooking Centre, Sammic Mixer, Foster refrigeration and Hobart dishwasher.
Also out in the front of house we supplied a bespoke pizza table with granite top and over shelves, together with undercounter refrigeration and a glasswasher.
Furthermore, we designed and installed the gas pipework, gas management system, CO and CO2 monitoring and fan control to their dual fuel pizza oven.
