Just a stones throw from Padstow and in the approaches to beautiful Harlyn Bay and Trevone Beaches is the superb Padstow Farm Shop. Winner of the Best Farm Shop in the prestigious Food Readers Award 2016.
To design and fit out a state of the art cafe kitchen and takeway in a charming but (at the time) semi-derelict old farm building being renovated especially for the purpose.
Although the setting is rural and the interior definitely ‘rustic’ in feel with open beams, slate floor and vaulted ceiling our clients Charlie and Jane Watson-Smyth chose a very much on trend design with CED Kubus rectilinear displays for hot food (Pasties locally made!) and chilled delicatessen set in a Corian ‘deep night sky’ finish counter.
Refrigeration included PRECISION variable temperature drawers and cooking was centred on a RATIONAL Combi Steamer with euronorm bakery tray conversion to maximise output.
